About the Muncy Monster Dash 5k
The course loops through the historic downtown area, starting and finishing at an elementary school. The route is guided, so there are no navigation decisions to make. Strollers are welcome on the main race, and the kids' fun run includes optional obstacles along the way, which gives younger runners something to work through beyond just the distance.
Packet pickup runs the evening before the race at the school, in the conference room just inside the entrance. You can also pick up your packet on the morning of the race before the start. The race begins promptly, so arriving with time to spare is worth it. Age-group winners in the timed race earn cash and local gift cards.
