About the Motion is Lotion 2026

The course runs out along a greenway and back, passing a park stadium along the way. It is a road surface on a shared path, so expect other people out there, including cyclists and pedestrians going about their day. The route is flat river-trail territory, the kind of path where you can settle into a rhythm early.

Parking is at a park near the baseball fields, and volunteers direct you from there to the greenway start. Fruit and water are available after you finish.
