The course runs through Veterans Park in the evening, after dark, with runners lighting themselves up with glow necklaces, bracelets, and whatever else they want to clip to their shoes or bounce on their heads. The park setting keeps things contained and easy to follow, even without much daylight to work with.
Parking is at Veterans Park, with the entrance off the south end of Wagner Street, and the lot is described as having plenty of room for participants.
