This is an evening race through Bel Air, built around the novelty of running after dark in summer. Costumes and colorful clothing are encouraged, so the starting area tends to look more like a parade staging ground than a typical road race. Post-race, there is food, drink, and Kona Ice at the finish. A shorter kids' run runs alongside the main event.
