This is a fitness competition built around a circuit of functional movements, not a road race. Athletes move through stations combining cardio and strength work, with a short run bookending the whole thing. The format repeats for several rounds, so the challenge builds as the morning goes on. Modified versions of the stations are available if you need them. All proceeds go to local animal shelters and adoption programs.
