About the Monsters & Mimosas 5K - Golden Road
The course runs through Golden Road Vineyards, crossing grass and open terrain in a cross-country style. There are no paved stretches to speak of; the ground underfoot feels more like a trail run than a road race. The vineyard setting gives the whole thing a different character than a typical out-and-back on asphalt.
Check-in happens at the race site on the morning of the race, so there is no separate location to track down ahead of time. Pickup opens well before the start, giving you time to settle in before heading to the start line.
