About the Monster Mash Dash

The Monster Mash Dash runs through downtown Lorain with costumes strongly encouraged, so expect plenty of creative outfits on the course. Dogs are welcome to join, and there is a kids' dash for younger runners. A costume contest runs alongside the timed race, with categories for adults, groups, children, and best-dressed dog.

Packet pickup the evening before is at the United Way of Greater Lorain County on Broadway, with race-morning pickup also available. The awards ceremony follows the race and includes both age group and costume categories.
