About the Monster Mash Dash 5K

The Monster Mash Dash is an evening glow run through Andalusia, starting at City Hall after dark. Costumes are encouraged, and the race takes on something closer to a costume party than a typical road race. Awards go out across age divisions, and a separate costume contest adds another reason to dress up. Proceeds support the organizing association's local benevolence fund.

Packet pickup and on-site registration happen at City Hall before the start, so you can show up, get your bib, and still have time to adjust your costume. After the race, a DJ keeps things going while awards are handed out for both the run and the costume contest.
