About the MODESTO MEMORIAL CLASSIC
The shorter distance stays walker friendly while the longer option runs through a shady park setting, which keeps things cool and pleasant underfoot. Both routes suit a wide range of paces, and age group awards go deep enough that most runners have a real shot at the podium.
Packet pickup runs the evening before at the race organizer's office, with walk-up registration available then and again on race morning. After the runs, there is a pancake breakfast included with registration, and a kids fun run wraps up the morning before a brief awards ceremony.
