About the Millwood Daze 5k

The course starts among trees in the historic Millwood neighborhood and runs a flat loop back to the same spot. It is the kind of course where a personal best is genuinely possible, with little elevation to slow you down and a straightforward route that lets you focus on running.

The race is part of a larger street celebration, so the finish area has real energy around it. A pancake breakfast is included with registration, and the surrounding fair draws vendors and vintage cars, so there is plenty of reason to stick around after you cross the line.
