About the Millbrook Vineyards Wine Run 5k
The course runs through the vineyard grounds on mostly grass, with patches of uneven terrain and a few genuine hills along the way. It loops the property, so you pass the same scenery twice, which gives it a cross-country feel rather than a road-race feel. Walkers are welcome, and there is a shorter option for anyone who wants to skip the second loop and head straight to the wine.
Packet pickup opens on race morning, about an hour before the start, so there is no need to come out the day before. After you finish, there is a wine pour waiting at the vineyard.
