About the Mill to Mill 5K/10K (Keuka Outlet Trail)

The course runs along the Keuka Outlet Trail, a natural path connecting old mill sites through wooded terrain. Both distances pass Seneca Mills Falls, so there is a waterfall in the middle of the route whether you are going short or long. The trail starts and finishes at Cascade Falls, meaning you have water at both ends.

Packet pickup happens race morning at the start, right at Cascade Falls along the trail. There is no pre-race-day pickup option, so plan to arrive with enough time before the start. Race-day registration is available if you decide late.

Common Questions About the Mill to Mill 5K/10K (Keuka Outlet Trail)

Will I finish last at the Mill to Mill 5K/10K (Keuka Outlet Trail)?

Almost certainly not. Half the 6.2 Miles field finished slower than 1:03:20, and the last recorded finisher came in around 1:26:01, so there is a long tail of runners behind the middle of the pack. Most fields are far slower than people expect.

Is the Mill to Mill 5K/10K (Keuka Outlet Trail) a good first 6.2 Miles?

It is a small race (67 finishers), which is friendlier and less intimidating than a big-city event, though the field thins out. There is no qualifying time, and the finish-time spread above shows how varied the field really is. If it is your first 6.2 Miles, that spread matters more than the winner's time.

How competitive is the Mill to Mill 5K/10K (Keuka Outlet Trail)?

The 6.2 Miles winner ran 42:52 while the median finisher took 1:03:20. That spread points to a relatively quick field, so expect a competitive front end.
