About the Miles For Meals 5k

The course runs through Mine Falls Park on mostly dirt trail, winding through woods and along a river. Footing can be uneven in places, so trail shoes are worth considering. Parts of the route are paved, and the park remains a shared public space during the race, so other visitors will be on the path alongside you.
