About the MileBuilt Gemini Springs 2-Day Challenge
The course runs out and back on a measured trail through palm hammock, live oak, and cypress. Organizers describe it as a tunnel of trees, and the route becomes familiar quickly by design. Each leg brings you back to the central pavilion before you head out again. The terrain is trail, the canopy is dense, and the whole thing feels like a repeat-effort sufferfest in a quiet park.
Bib pickup starts race morning, and a friend can grab yours if needed. No ID required. The event is cupless, so bring your own bottle or vest. Water, an electrolyte drink, and snacks are at the aid station, but for longer efforts or back-to-back days, plan to carry more. When you finish, you strike a gong and clock out at the time clock to make your finish official.
