About the Mifflinburg 5Keg Race
This is a 5K tied directly into an Oktoberfest celebration, so the finish line drops you into a festival already in progress. The course runs through Mifflinburg, and the awards ceremony happens out in the park amid the broader event, which gives the whole morning a different shape than a standalone race.
Packet pickup opens race morning at the ticket office. After you finish, water is waiting at the conclusion of the course. Runners of legal drinking age get access to the Oktoberfest beer garden; younger runners get birch beer. The awards for overall and age group places are handed out at the festival.
