About the 10th Annual Meridian, ID Ostomy 5k
The race runs through Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park, a large regional park built on land that was once farmed by the man it honors. The park has fishing ponds, gardens, public art, and open green space, so the course has a pleasant, unhurried setting. Prizes go to top finishers overall and to top finishers who are ostomates.
Packet pickup happens the morning of the race, before the start. Sponsors and vendors are on site for several hours after the gun, and free parking is available at the park.
