About the 4th Annual Mental Health Awareness 5K Run/Walk
The course starts in downtown Lumberton and runs along the Lumber River before passing through the Tanglewood neighborhood. It finishes with a straight stretch down Elm Street. The terrain is gentle, and the route reads like a tour of the quieter parts of town, river path giving way to residential streets before the final push to the line.
