About the Medal Madness 5K, 10K, & 13.1M at Hughesville, PA (26)
The courses here are all built on the same out-and-back segment, repeated until you hit your distance. Shorter distances turn around sooner and more often; the half marathon keeps going until you have covered the full thing several times over. It is a simple, no-surprises layout, so you know exactly what the road looks like before you are halfway done.
Packet pickup opens just before the start and closes a few minutes before the gun, so plan to arrive with enough time to spare. There is no day-of registration at the venue; everything goes through RunSignup beforehand.
