About the Marco Island Half Marathon and 5K

The half marathon routes around the island and crosses over the Goodland Bridge, so you get water on both sides for a stretch. The 5K keeps things closer to the start area. Underfoot it is flat pavement throughout, and the surroundings are coastal the whole way. No strollers or dogs are permitted on the course.

Packet pickup runs the afternoon before the race at a law office on San Marco Road, with race-morning pickup available outside the medical center just up the street. Both spots are close together, which makes logistics simple if you are coming in from off the island.
