About the 2026 Maple Grove Turkey Trot
The course runs through Central Park, looping around a pond to the north before swinging south to circle Arbor Lake and returning to the pavilion where it started. The terrain is park paths throughout, and the route is shaped so you come back to the same spot you left, with the surrounding water keeping things scenic on a Thanksgiving morning.
No dogs are allowed on the course, and registration closes before race day, so plan ahead. The start and finish are both near the Phenow Pavilion, which gives you a clear anchor for the morning.
