About the Love on the Run 5k/1 Mile 2027
The course winds through the vineyard at Sanctuary Vineyards, passing under trees and along the sound before looping back to the winery building. The terrain is a scenic trail through working farm land, and the Valentine's Day timing gives the whole morning a particular mood, couples and solo runners mixed together on the same path.
Packet pickup and the start both sit at the winery building itself, with the finish on the north side. Overflow parking is a short walk up a parallel farm road rather than along the highway. After the race, there is a wine, cheese, and chocolate tasting; non-alcoholic options are available for those who want them.
