About the Love is a Verb 5K

The course runs through a residential neighborhood next to the church where the race starts and finishes, looping back on itself with some rolling terrain. It is a road race with real ups and downs rather than a flat out-and-back, so expect to work a little in both directions.

Packet pickup happens race morning at Riverstone Church, the same lot where you park and where the race begins. Water is available on the course and again at the finish, along with post-race snacks. The church also has restrooms on site.
