About the Loganville Firemens Run
This is a fundraiser for the local fire department, and the whole morning has that feel. The course options range from a short loop for newer runners to a longer road race for those wanting more of a challenge. Proceeds go toward new equipment for the department, so the entry fee does a clear job.
Packet pickup is race morning at the fire station, which also serves as the hub for everything that follows. After the run, there is a parade and a barbecue chicken dinner in the area, with fireworks later in the evening. It is a full day if you want it to be.
