The course runs along South and North Drive, looping through the neighborhood near Hamilton Harbor Marina. The route is mostly flat roads, and strollers and leashed dogs are both welcome, so the morning has a neighborhood-walk feel as much as a race feel.
Post-race, there are drinks and warm treats at the finish. The event benefits the local community association, so the crowd is largely the same people who live along the course.
