About the LL Fitness Turkey Trot
The race starts and finishes in the parking lot of the local high school on Thanksgiving morning. Proceeds go to a local nonprofit, so the cause is part of the point. Coffee and breakfast are out before the gun goes off, and there is a prayer and announcements as the crowd gathers.
There is a packet pickup the day before the race, with the exact time and location posted on the LL Fitness Facebook page. The start area is the high school lot, so parking and the finish are in the same place.
