About the Live Life Nspired 5K Run / Family Walk

The course runs through downtown Charlotte, flat the whole way, and the timing puts you in front of the crowd that has already gathered for the Frontier Days Parade. The energy from that many spectators lining the street is something you do not usually get at a smaller local race. A shorter walk option runs the same stretch, so families with kids and grandparents tend to come out too.

Packet pickup is available the evening before at a local fitness center, with a second window at the hospital ambulance garage on race morning before the start. Music, snacks, and drinks are set up at the finish line. Age-group awards are handed out once everyone is in.
