About the 13th Annual Little Ironman: 5K, Fun Walk, and Mud Run

The race is a tribute to Josh Adcock, held in the Sulphur Springs community where he grew up. The 5K route passes the local cemetery for a balloon release in his honor, which gives the morning a different weight than most races. The mud run runs separate heats by age and features a creek, climbing walls, monkey bars, and a large mud pit, open to young kids on up.

Parking is at Sulphur Springs School, and shuttles run to and from the start area at Sulphur Springs Baptist Church before and after the race. Packet pickup and race-day registration both happen at the church in the hours before the events begin.
