About the Little Big Run
The Little Big Run is an evening race at Friendship Fountain in Jacksonville, held to benefit a local youth mentoring organization. The shorter distance goes off first, followed by the longer one as the sun goes down, so the atmosphere around the fountain shifts as the night comes on. A DJ keeps things moving before and after.
A food truck is on site after the race, and participants can grab an item from it. The start and finish are at the fountain, which makes it easy to meet up with people before and after.
