About the Lincoln Lutheran Turkey Trot
This one is tied to a school, not a race company. It runs on and around the Lincoln Lutheran campus, with a short kids' loop and a longer route for everyone else. There is no official timing or awards, just a clock. Coffee, hot cocoa, and donuts are set up in the gym beforehand, which tells you what kind of morning this is.
Bib pickup opens in the gym on race morning before the first wave goes off. The gym also serves as the pre-race gathering spot, so most people drift in early to catch up before heading outside. Those who cannot join in person can participate remotely through a virtual option.
