The course runs through Village Green in Mount Prospect, and spectators can spread out along the route to cheer. The race is tied to Lemons of Love, a cancer-support organization, so many people come with someone specific in mind. Strollers and leashed dogs are welcome, though they line up toward the back.

Packet pickup happens at the Lemons of Love office on a few weekdays in the days before the race, with parking behind the building. There is also race-morning pickup at Village Green if you need it. Parking on race day is in the village garage or the commuter lots near Northwest Highway.
