About the KWF Cleveland Chapter's 2nd Annual 5K FUN Run & 1 Mile Walk

The course runs through Bonnie Park, inside the Cleveland Metroparks. The terrain is park paths, so the footing is easy and the surroundings are wooded. The event is tied to a breast cancer support organization, and part of the morning is a gift delivery to a local woman going through treatment, which gives the gathering a specific sense of purpose beyond the run itself.

After the race, food trucks, a DJ, and activities for kids fill out the morning. The celebration side is clearly as planned as the run itself.
