Kingman, AZ
This is a Thanksgiving morning 5K organized by the local police officers association, with proceeds going toward families in need during the holiday season, covering things like food, winter necessities, and support for local youth programs. The cause is built into the event itself, which gives the morning a different weight than a typical road race.
