The course winds through the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex itself, which means you are running past actual rockets standing upright in the Rocket Garden, alongside the massive booster stack outside the Space Shuttle Atlantis exhibit, and through Heroes and Legends, where the astronaut hall of fame is housed. There is nowhere else you can race through a space museum like this.
