The course starts and finishes at Kearney County Health Services, and the race is part of a broader health and safety event happening on the same morning. The theme is retro, with runners encouraged to show up in vintage gear. It reads more like a community health morning than a standalone race.
Registration opens early on race morning outside the hospital's south entrance, near the building's awning. After the race, the health and safety activities are still going, so there is reason to stick around rather than heading straight to the parking lot.
