About the 5th Annual Katz JCC POWR 5K - Parkinson's Walk/Run

The course is USATF-certified and winds through a residential neighborhood near the JCC campus. A separate walk route follows the sidewalks around the building, open to mobility devices and all paces. The race benefits the Parkinson's Connection, a program based at the JCC that runs weekly movement and wellness classes, support groups, and resources for people living with Parkinson's and their families.
