About the Johnny CASA 5 Miler 5K Run/Walk

The race starts on South Main Street and winds through Rocky Mount, finishing back at the Child Advocacy Center. The longer route is designed to push distance runners, while the shorter loop draws good reviews for its layout. Both courses take in views of the historic parts of town.

Runners are encouraged to show up in a superhero costume, which sets the tone for the morning. The finish area at the Child Advocacy Center includes tours of the facility and refreshments after you cross the line.
