About the JMH 5K/10K
The start and finish sit on a campus lane on the east side of Jacksonville Memorial Hospital, with paved, flat terrain throughout. Both courses carry USA Track and Field certification, so the conditions favor a fast effort. Awards reach well into the age groups, covering a wide range of categories for both men and women.
Packet pickup is available the evening before at the hospital's main lobby, with an earlier option earlier in the week at a running store in the Springfield area. Parking is spread across several lots surrounding the hospital, with signs to guide you in. Showers are available after the race at a health club just across the street.
