About the Jacksonville Jingle Jog 5K & Fun Run

This is a holiday-themed race that winds through downtown Jacksonville. The course goes through city streets, so expect pavement underfoot and a route that takes you past storefronts and familiar local blocks. Santa shows up before the start, and a short kids dash kicks things off before the main race gets going.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at a health and fitness center on the south side of town, with race-morning check-in available as well. The start is in the heart of downtown, so street parking nearby is the practical move. The kids dash goes first, which means families tend to cluster near the front early.
