About the ITVFD Costume Run & Walk 5k
The course runs at a field called Field of Dreams, directly across from the local firehouse. Costumes are encouraged, and the atmosphere leans into the Halloween timing. After finishing, the fire department opens its doors for truck tours, demonstrations, and a chance to meet the volunteers who organized the whole thing.
Food and drinks are available post-race, along with activities for families. The firehouse itself is part of the experience, so it is worth sticking around after you cross the finish.
