About the Itasca Oktoberfast 5K

The course runs through neighborhood streets and finishes downhill into Usher Park, which means you get a little momentum right when you want it. The post-race party in the park has music, food, and drinks, and the race benefits local organizations supporting families in need.

Packet pickup runs the couple of evenings before the race at a running store in Schaumburg, with race-morning pickup available as well. Runners picking up early get a discount on purchases at the store.
