About the Isaiah House Family Color Run
The course runs through South Mountain Reservation, an untimed color run where volunteers dust participants with colored cornstarch powder at stations along the way. There is also a short kids' route for younger children. Neither run is timed, so the pace is entirely yours. Old clothes and some eye protection are worth packing.
Parking is near the dog park, with signs guiding you to the start area. Check-in opens before the run begins, so arriving with a little time to spare is worthwhile. The event benefits Isaiah House, a local organization focused on reducing homelessness, hunger, and unemployment in the area.
