About the IronHike Endurance Series
This one is built around the staircase approach trail to Georgia's tallest waterfall, where a long-distance hiking trail officially begins. The format is laps up and down that staircase, repeated over a timed window that ranges from half a day to several days depending on which event you choose. The descent counts just as much as the climb.
Solo, paired, or as a small relay team are all options. Some events run through the night, so a headlamp is part of the kit. The relay format is self-managed, meaning the team decides who goes when, with no required minimum per person. Packet pickup and start logistics follow each event's own schedule, so check your confirmation details carefully.
