Ian's Run is held at RiverWinds in West Deptford and raises money for Make-A-Wish New Jersey. The race was started by a family to honor their son Ian, who was born with a rare chromosomal condition and lived only hours after birth. All proceeds go directly to the organization. There is a kids fun run alongside the main event, so families with young children show up in force.
