This Halloween-themed race is hosted by a veterinary school community, so expect costumes on both ends of the leash. The course welcomes runners and walkers alongside their dogs, and the whole morning leans into the holiday, with people and pets dressed up together.
After the run, there is a costume contest and photo opportunities, plus treats for the dogs as well as the humans. It is a post-race hang that is genuinely worth sticking around for.
