About the Howl-O-Ween Dog Jog
A Halloween-themed run through Charles City where costumes are encouraged for both runners and their dogs. The route goes through town, and you are welcome to bring a leash or leave it at home. The pace and the atmosphere lean toward the festive end of the spectrum, with people showing up more for the occasion than for a fast time.
