The race is held at Craft Food Hall BXB on Beaver Brook Road, a venue that also welcomes leashed dogs and strollers, so the crowd tends to include pets and kids alongside runners. All proceeds go to the House Rabbit Network, a local rabbit rescue organization, so the cause is front and center.

Packet pickup runs the evening before at a local running shop, with race-morning check-in available as well. Parking is available at the venue. After the race, Craft Food Hall hosts the post-race gathering, and a beer from Wachusett Brewing is included with entry.
