About the Hoptown Half Marathon and 5K
The course starts and finishes in front of the county justice center in downtown Hopkinsville, then fans out through residential streets and into open countryside before returning along a greenway rail trail. That trail crosses a long bridge span over dry land, which is a genuinely odd thing to run across and worth knowing about beforehand.
Packet pickup runs the afternoon before the race at a recreation center across town, with a morning pickup option available in the justice center parking lot for those who cannot make it the day before.
