The course runs through countryside outside of Vincent, and the organizer is upfront that it was not designed with personal records in mind. The terrain rolls gently enough that nothing will stop you, but the route has enough character to make the surroundings the point. The race is put on by a church youth group to raise money for a missionary support organization.
