About the Hobble Then Gobble 5 Mile and 2 Mile Walk
The course winds through the Lake Serene neighborhood, starting and finishing at the Lake Serene Clubhouse. It is a residential route, and the organizers mention you may get your feet wet along the way. The Thanksgiving morning timing makes it feel like a neighborhood tradition more than a race-day production.
Packet pickup happens at the clubhouse the evening before the race and again on race morning before the start. Last-minute in-person registration is available at packet pickup, though only cash, check, or money order is accepted at the door.
