About the 2026 HiTOPS Princeton Half Marathon
The course moves through Princeton on roads, passing a historic battlefield, the grounds of a research institute, a boathouse on a lake, and a stretch of woods. It is a real tour of the town, with university buildings and historic landmarks appearing throughout. Police and traffic guards are stationed at busy intersections, so runners are not navigating traffic on their own.
Packet pickup runs for several days before the race at Fleet Feet on Nassau Street, with a race-morning option at the Princeton YMCA. The start area at the YMCA also serves as the post-race hub, where the awards ceremony takes place. Parking at the YMCA is reserved for staff, so plan to arrive from elsewhere in town.
